Stonehouse Homes is truly an independent, family run estate and letting agents, owned and run by myself and my wife and supported by our friendly team. We are Mark and Karen Rushe and some of you may have even grown up with us, as we are Lostock Hall born and bred.
By knowing the local areas from childhood we are able to identify what you our customer wants. The whole Stonehouse Homes team have an extensive local knowledge of schools and recreation facilities as most of the team live locally. I am the owner of Stonehouse Homes, I run the business with my wife Karen. I am the senior valuer for our office with many years’ experience in the property industry both in the UK and overseas. I have a passion for property and believe in giving something back to our local community, which is why we are happy to help and sponsor many local fetes, fundraising events, and junior football team and cricket club. In my spare time I also enjoy watching and playing football.
Sales & Lettings Support Manager
I am an owner of Stonehouse Homes as well as being a landlord myself. My background is quite varied; I started my working life at the Inland Revenue then moved to Tenerife for many years. I worked for Thomas Cook supervising at the airport and promoting a Catamaran Excursion. Later, in Tenerife, I was a co –owner of an Estate and Lettings Agent with my husband Mark. I am passionate about Customer Service and love meeting new people and having a chat over coffee. Bringing all this past-experience together, I am not just a typical Estate Agent!
Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator
I’m a sales and Lettings negotiator and have been for several years. I am very passionate about my job and love being able to find buyers and tenants their dream home and seeing the process through to the day they collect their keys. I have a good local knowledge of the area as I have lived in Preston most of my life. In my spare time I enjoy socialising with friends and family, shopping and travelling

I’ve recently joined the Stonehouse Homes team and I am eager to learn fast, before joining the Stonehouse Homes team, I worked as a business administrator and receptionist in a busy NHS Doctors surgery, which allowed me to develop my communication skills. In my spare time I like to keep my physical fitness up and socialise with friends. My best friend is my motorbike!

Hi I’m Adele, a Sales & Lettings negotiator here at Stonehouse Homes. I’m from Longton, near Preston, but I have lived and worked overseas in Australia and Indonesia for a number of years before starting my estate agency career. Still a keen adventurer, I do enjoy my holidays! However, I am very passionate about property and my job. My university degree is in Business & Management and I really enjoy all aspects of Estate Agency. Photographs and floorplans are some of my specialities; areas of this job which benefits from my thorough attention to detail. I have also won a number of customer service awards recently, and I enjoy helping and meeting new people; something this job enables me to do daily.

Hi I’m Francesca. I’m a part time Sales Negotiator and I am currently studying Business at Runshaw College. I enjoy working as a Sales Negotiator and apply what I learn in college to my work. I have a bubbly and creative personality and enjoy helping people as much as I can. Outside of work and college I enjoy socialising with my friends and family.
