At all times our valuers lead by the Owner Mark will be honest and truthful giving you an indication of a realistic price. Sometimes we may have suggestions to obtain a higher price. Unlike others we will not overvalue your home simply to gain the instruction we will show you comparable and data as to why we recommend a price to you. Overvaluing can flatter a vendor and quite often they are wooed into going for the higher price which only results in a price reduction a few weeks down the line. We recommend you launch your property at a competitive price as the first 14 days of marketing are crucial and this is when your property will attract the most views.
