(Fixed Monthly Fee)
Our All-Inclusive Property Management Package offers complete peace of mind for landlords through a transparent, fixed monthly fee , simple pricing, with extras included. This package covers everything required to manage your property legally, efficiently, and in full compliance with current and upcoming legislation, including the anticipated changes in the upcoming Renters’ Rights Bill.
Designed for landlords who value stability, legal protection, and hands-off management, this package ensures your property remains compliant and profitable and includes rent guarantee and legal protection policy.

Introduction
We will find and introduce a suitable tenant after thoroughly checking them.
This service is aimed at professional, experienced Landlords who don’t need any guidance or assistance in managing their property and are confident with current legislation.

Cancellation of Fully Managed or Rent Collection Service:
A charge of 75% of the months rent will be deducted to convert into a let only service.
