We are recruiting full and part-time Lettings Negotiators / Tenancy Managers
Stonehouse Homes Sales and Lettings are looking for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator & Sales Support on a full time basis based in their busy office in Walton le Dale, Preston. (Part time hours will be considered).
The position will be working alongside the business owners and existing sales team. We are looking for a suitable candidate who will have a professional, outgoing personality and be able to demonstrate sound judgement and resilience.
Confident and being able to work alone, as well as be part of a team is essential as is organising your own day. The successful candidate will be a key part of expanding the Lettings Portfolio which means you see setbacks not as obstacles, but as opportunities.
We expect a proven track record with a minimum of 1 years experience in a Lettings environment. This does not include private landlords who have managed their own portfolio. A full driving license and car is essential (mileage allowance paid).
Hard work and dedication will be key and incentivised by commission
Key Duties
- Generate new and repeat business by liaising with existing and potential landlords
- Deal with enquiries by telephone, email and in person Registering purchaser and tenant details and matching them to available properties
- Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers and tenants
- Referencing tenants and preparing paperwork including inventories and tenancy agreements
- Booking property market appraisals
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradesmen for maintenance issues. Recommending improvements where needed to Landlords after inspections and check outs
- Arranging and conducting mid tenancy inspections
- Preparing rental statements. Notices and end of tenancy inspections
- Recommending other products, including conveyancing and mortgage services
- Helping the Sales team when necessary and various admin duties

We offer 23 days plus bank holidays rising to 25 days a year after 2 years service.
Hours & Salary
- Full time hours Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm alternate Saturdays with a day in lieu
- Part time hours option 3 or 4 days Monday – Thursday plus 1 Saturday a month
- Other hours considered depending on experience ie. school friendly hours
- Full time salary £19,000 plus commissions for on boarding new Landlords OTE £25,000 per annum
- Part time salary will be pro-rata plus commissions for on boarding new Landlords
